Properties must meet a monthly gross booking value (GBV) of $6,000 minimum to qualify
Management fee is assessed monthly based on actual GBV
GBV is calculated as accommodations only, before any taxes, cleaning fees, or add-ons. If there are refunds or cancellations, the GBV adjusts automatically, even retroactively if required
Properties under $6,000/month will be billed at the standard 22%
The 12-month promo period starts on the management agreement signing date, same as the start of the one-year commitment
After 12 months, properties revert to the standard rate (currently 22%)
Early termination may result in retroactive billing at the standard rate
Air Concierge reserves the right to decline any property at its discretion
