  • Our contracts are rolling. You are only bound to these terms for either 90 days or 365 days, however please note that these are rolling periods. This means that 90 days is calculated by todays date plus 90 days. Likewise, one year contracts are 365 days from todays date. As todays date rolls to the next day, its 365 days from that date. By way of example, if you agree on June 1, then we are contracted for June 1 through September 1. However, on June 2, the agreements new expiration date (which automatically renews unless cancelled by either party for which a penalty may apply) the end date becomes September 2. This continues for the duration of the agreement. To cancel without triggering the Early Termination clause, simply notify us of when you’d like us to take no further reservations ensuring that date is at least 90 (or 365 days) from the original Effective Date.
