Key Agreement Disclosures and Notices

Welcome to Air Concierge, Inc. By proceeding and purchasing any product (including our property management services), you agree to be bound by our Management Agreement. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and us. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

1. Acceptance of Terms
The Management Agreement incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy (available here) and other linked documents. During the upcoming checkout process, you will be required to affirmatively agree via checkboxes, which will serve as your electronic signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), constituting enforceable acceptance.

2. Arbitration Agreement
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court. See full details in Appendix 8 of the Management Agreement. Key points: Individual arbitration only (no class actions); governed by AAA rules; venue in King County, WA. At checkout, you will agree to this provision separately, with an option to opt out within 30 days by emailing adminteam@airconcierge.net with your name and account details, without penalty.

3. Key Provisions

  • Management Services: We provide property management as detailed in the Management Agreement. Fees, responsibilities, termination, and limitations apply.

  • E-Signatures: Your checkout actions (e.g., checkboxes, purchase completion) are electronic signatures, enforceable as handwritten under E-SIGN/UETA.

  • Liability Limitations: Services "as is"; no warranties; liability capped at 6 months' management fees. You indemnify us for third-party claims.

  • Amendments: We may update the Agreement; continued use implies acceptance. We will notify you in writing in advance.

  • Governing Law: Washington State law; venue in King County (non-arbitrated matters).

4. Consent & Acknowledgment
