Individual Co Host vs. Air Concierge

I was currently working with an individual co-host and she was a bad fit for me as the owner and my home and gueste. Some of the challenges I've faced with my previous co-host that Air Concierge solved: 1) Cleaning was inconsistent and mistakes got repeated. This led to non-5-star reviews 2) Attention to detail, particularly when relying on untrained cleaners to ready the room for guests 3) Inconsistent check-ins with guests during and at the end of the stay to ensure a great experience. Specifically, she was not sending check-in instructions during the right window, not adding to the instructions commonly asked questions, not checking in with guests regularly to see how their stay was and forgetting reminders about the check-out date and time 4) She calls or texts me too often with issues that I would hope a co-host could resolve. Since now Air Concierge makes sure the rooms are stocked with all cleaning supplies, linens, etc. I dont worry about any of those management duties.  I am a working professional and need to have a professional team handling my Airbnb. It was more expensive but it was not comparing apples to oranges. It was like comparing paying my neighbor the auto mechanic to do my root canal or hiring an endodontist.
